The Ultraviolette Shockwave 2025 is an electric motorcycle designed for off-road adventures, combining powerful performance with advanced features. It is equipped with a 10.8 kW motor that delivers an impressive 505 Newton-meters (Nm) of torque at the wheel, ensuring robust acceleration and climbing capabilities.
The bike features a 4 kilowatt-hour (kWh) battery, providing a certified range of 165 kilometers on a single charge. It can accelerate from 0 to 60 kilometers per hour (km/h) in just 2.9 seconds and reaches a top speed of 120 km/h, making it suitable for both off-road trails and urban commuting. Weighing 125 kilograms, the Shockwave is designed for agility and ease of handling. Its suspension system includes 37-millimeter telescopic front forks with 200 millimeters of travel and a rear mono-shock absorber offering 180 millimeters of wheel travel, ensuring a comfortable ride over rough terrains. The motorcycle rides on 19-inch front and 17-inch rear wire-spoke wheels, fitted with dual-purpose off-road tires sized at 90/90-19 for the front and 110/90-17 for the rear. Braking is handled by disc brakes on both ends, with a 270-millimeter disc and dual-piston caliper at the front, and a 220-millimeter disc with a single-piston caliper at the rear. It also features dual-channel ABS, which can be switched off at the rear for enhanced off-road control. The Shockwave boasts a distinctive design with vertically stacked dual LED projector headlights, a tall windscreen, and a slim, single-piece seat suitable for both rider and pillion. A high-set handlebar with a brace pad enhances control, while a 5-inch TFT full-color display provides essential riding information and supports Bluetooth connectivity with smartphone pairing via an integrated eSIM.
