Recently revealed through type-approval filings, the heart of this new model is an enlarged 526cc parallel-twin engine, which sees a boost in output to approximately 53 hp and 50 Nm of torque—a nearly 30% increase in power over the previous 450cc version. This mechanical jump is supported by a revised chassis featuring a longer aluminum swingarm, which extends the wheelbase for better stability while helping keep the bike's weight around 195 kg.
Visually, the 550CL-C maintains its retro-modern "British-inspired" charm but introduces a reshaped fuel tank with integrated knee pads, a more compact tail section, and a redesigned LED headlight assembly.
