The upcoming Triumph Bonneville 350 (expected to be badged as the Bonneville 400 in certain export markets) is poised to become the next major addition to the Bajaj Auto–Triumph modern classic portfolio, with a late 2026 launch anticipated. To align with regional tax and GST structures that heavily penalize engines above 350cc, this new “Baby Bonnie” is expected to use a down-bored 349cc version of Triumph’s liquid-cooled TR-series single-cylinder engine, paired with a 6-speed gearbox. Unlike its sportier siblings—the Triumph Speed 400 and Triumph Scrambler 400 X—the Bonneville 350 is designed with a stronger focus on authentic retro styling, featuring traditional telescopic front forks, twin rear shock absorbers, and premium wire-spoke wheels. Inspired by the timeless DNA of the iconic Triumph Bonneville T100, it is expected to feature a heavily sculpted fuel tank, generous chrome detailing, chunky side panels, and a relaxed, low-slung ribbed bench seat. The engine is likely to be tuned for a relaxed, torque-rich low-to-mid-range character, enabling effortless urban cruising with fewer gear shifts, while positioning the motorcycle as a highly anticipated premium challenger to the long-standing dominance of the Royal Enfield Classic 350.
