The NIU XQi 500 2026 is a high-performance electric enduro bike designed to bridge the gap between lightweight e-motos and full-sized dirt bikes. Moving beyond the urban focus of its predecessor, the XQi3, the XQi 500 delivers a substantial boost in performance with a 28.8 kW (approximately 39 hp) peak output and a high-voltage 96V 40Ah battery system. This setup allows for a highway-capable top speed of up to 75 mph and produces 100 Nm of instant torque, positioning it as a serious contender in the road-legal 125cc-equivalent category. Despite its impressive power, the bike remains agile thanks to its lightweight 92 kg (203 lb) chassis and is equipped with premium components such as dual-channel ABS, traction control, and fully adjustable KKE suspension.
