The newly launched KTM RC 160 2026, officially released on January 8, 2026, arrives as KTM’s most accessible supersport motorcycle, purpose-built to challenge the dominance of the Yamaha R15. It borrows the punchy 164.2cc liquid-cooled engine from the Duke 160, producing a class-leading 19 PS of power and 15.5 Nm of torque. Staying true to KTM’s “Ready to Race” DNA, the bike features a lightweight trellis frame, WP USD front forks, and a sharp, aerodynamic fairing inspired by its larger RC siblings.
Despite its entry-level positioning, KTM hasn’t skimped on safety or technology. The RC 160 comes equipped with dual-channel ABS featuring Supermoto mode, an assist and slipper clutch, and a 5-inch LCD instrument cluster with Bluetooth connectivity.
